What does Full Doula Support include?

  • 2 prenatal visits: (learning about each other, building our team, practicing comfort measures and breath and connecting on your birth vision)

  • Birth Preference Consultation

  • access to lending library/resources

  • constant email/phone support

  • “on-Call” and available 24/7

    2 weeks prior to your ‘guess date’ until birth

  • continual labor support Up to 2 hours after birth:

    honoring your bonding time is important, so I will stay to provide breastfeeding support or other support should your birth journey NECESSITATE while holding space unobtrusively

  • 1 postpartum visit for birth processing, infant care, BREASTFEEDING tips, baby wearing information, etc

  • lots of love

SLIDING SCALE $2800-$4000

I work on a sliding scale with the hopes of reaching a larger range within our community while still supporting myself, valuing the service that I provide, and maintaining a sustainable career here in the Truckee-NorthLake Tahoe area.

If payment is a stretch, please contact me directly to discuss alternative payment plans, partial scholarships, or other ways that I can support you if not birth support.

When people choose a payment on the higher end of the sliding scale, it provides me the opportunity to support those who find it a stretch to reach that lower number on the sliding scale. If you need help with figuring out what number is best for you, please reach out to me directly as I have a formula based on local median income that can help :)
